Insulated Glass – Have you noticed that your windows are foggy, milky-looking, and difficult to see through? Why replace your windows when you can simply replace the glass? We can replace the Insulated Glass in your current windows. Besides being more cost-effective, it also keeps all of your windows looking the same. You can order Insulated Glass in any size, thickness, clear glass, Low-E glass, tinted glass, with or without muttin bars. Mirror – Mirrors come in a thickness of 1/8″ and 1/4″. They add beauty to any room. They are cut to your specifications. It is usually available to be cut while you wait when it is being put in a frame with no edges exposed. You can hang it on the wall with a light seem around the edges. Plate Glass – It is available in many different sizes and thicknesses. We have plate glass available in SSB (1/16), DSB (1/8), 3/16 and 1/4″ thick. Most times, it can be cut while you wait. Whether you are using it in wood or metal windows, as a picture frame, or as a table top, we can customize your order to meet your needs. Tempered Glass – Tempered Glass is available in 1/8″ and 1/4″ thicknesses. Tempered glass can be used in a variety of ways. Whether you are adding bookshelves to your child’s room, replacing the glass in your storm door, or simply adding a tabletop to your beautiful dining room table, we can order your custom tempered glass. Tempered Glass is designed to shatter when broken. This is what allows it to be safe in door units. Please note that it takes 6 to 10 business days to have the glass heat tempered from the factory.
Safety glass requirements can be met both with tempered glass and laminate glass. Regardless of whether you need laminate or tempered glass, Efficient Exteriors can help you determine which type of glass to use. Each glass is customized to meet your project’s specific requirements.
